Glenn Reed Johnson

Glenn Reed Johnson, 47, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Thursday, January 6, 2011, in the Washington Hospital. He was born August 19, 1963, in Heidelberg, Germany, a son of Patty Tocci of Washington and the late Neil Johnson. Mr. Johnson was a 1981 graduate of McGuffey High School. He worked as a cook at Club 40 for many years and, most recently, as a personal care attendant at Strabane Woods. Mr. Johnson loved animals and enjoyed lawn care, gardening, cooking and, at one time, trap shooting. He was Catholic by faith. Surviving are two daughters, Tori Johnson of Washington and Makayla Johnson of Tennessee; a son, Austin Johnson of Washington; two stepsisters, Darlene Morris of Cape Cod, Massachusetts and Charmaine Berti of Putnam, Connecticut; two grandchildren, Sydney Beattie and Mark Beattie, III. Deceased, in addition to his father, are his grandparents, Celia M. and Clarence Tocci. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, January 10, 2010, in William G.
