Kenneth Roy Sholey

Kenneth Roy Sholey, 67, of Washington, died Sunday, January 9, 2011, in his residence. He was born April 4, 1943, in Latrobe, a son of George and Loretta Baird Sholey. Mr. Sholey was a veteran of the Army, serving in Germany. He managed restaurants and bars in New Castle and Derry. Mr. Sholey enjoyed playing bingo and the lottery. He was Protestant. Surviving are a son, Leroy Sholey; three daughters, Sharon Hanna of Washington, Cynthia Sholey and Loretta Sholey; a sister, Sara Hall of Derry; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Deceased are six brothers, Arthur, Albert, Dando, Donald, Robert and James Sholey. A Memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, January 13th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
