Christina Jane Maloney

Christina Jane Maloney, 55, of Washington, died March 1, 2011, in Donnell House. She had been ill since October 2010. She was born December 19, 1955, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of Clarence and Rosemary Grimm Maloney of Wellsburg. Ms. Maloney was a graduate of Brooke (West Virginia) High School and worked in the billing/finance office of Washington Hospital. She was a member of Franklin Methodist Church in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Ms. Maloney enjoyed baking and crafts and especially being a mother. She also loved and enjoyed her two basset hounds, Bernice and Cleatus. Ms. Maloney was loved by all who knew her. Surviving are her husband of 34 years, Frank Zaccone; two sons, Frank and Nathan Zaccone, both of Washington; three brothers, Kevin (Willow) Maloney of Wellsburg, Don (Karen) Maloney of Oakdale and Michael Maloney of Henderson, Nevada; a sister, Vicki (Terry) Mazeika of Follansbee, West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, March 5th. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
