View Video TributeFree spirit loved the outdoors,Sha Lynn Spalding, 31, of Marianna, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 24, 2011, in her home.She was born April 14, 1979, in Washington, a daughter of Bobbi Jean Gregg of Washington and Larry and Christine Spalding of Claysville.Ms. Spalding attended John F. Kennedy Elementary and Middle School and graduated from Trinity High School and California University of Pennsylvania.She was employed by Angelo Falconi Jr. as an executive assistant.Ms. Spalding was a beautiful free spirit who loved the outdoors, camping, kayaking and traveling to music festivals across the country. She gave of herself freely and so lovingly to her family and friends, who will always remember her as "Our Precious Little Hippie."She had loving and loyal companions in her dogs, Albie and Star.Surviving, in addition to her mother, father and stepmother, are her maternal grandparents, Richard (Dick) and Mary (Maggie) Mowl of Washington; a brother, Matthew Lauther; sisters Alyse Spalding Hoyle and Casandra Spalding; aunts and uncles Louis and Melody DePretis, Keith and Jody Van Varenburg, Surri Mowl, Roger and Debbie Spalding and Donald and Tammy Spalding; and several cousins.Deceased are her paternal grandparents, Irving and Hazel Spalding.Services were private and held at the convenience of the family.
