Hazel Marie Allen

Washington resident was homemaker. Hazel Marie Allen, 84, of Washington, died Tuesday, March 29, 2011, in Washington Hospital. She was born May 23, 1926, a daughter of Charles and Margaret Schultz McGinnis. Mrs. Allen was a homemaker and a member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two sons, Leroy (Susan) Allen Jr. and Randolph (Rebecca) Allen, both of Washington; a daughter, Susan (Art) Richardson of Prosperity; two brothers, James and Willard McGinnis; a sister, Betty Tucker; 10 grandchildren, Brian, Branden, Brent, Randolph Jr., Jeremiah, Nadine, Angelina, Rachael, Erik and Lorinda; and 14 great-grandchildren, Meredith, Grace, Liam, Elias, Garrett, Nathaniel, Bronson, Noah, Andrew, Hannah, Sarah, James, Diana and Elizabeth. Deceased are three brothers, Carl, Jim and Chuck; a sister, Mary; and a great-grandchild, Isabella. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family, with burial in North Buffalo Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations be made to any faith-based charity.
