Laura A. “Budgie” Pellegrini, 78, of Washington, died unexpectedly on Thursday, May 5, 2011, at the Washington Hospital.
She was born on February 5, 1933, in Monongahela, a daughter of Louis and Pearl Vaira Pellegrini.
Ms. Pellegrini worked in reservations for U.S. Airways for 40 years, retiring in 1991. She had also worked at Northwest Airlines.
She was a member of Church of the Covenant.
Surviving are 3 sisters, Evelyn (Ernest) Westwood and Virginia (George) Stefus, both of Monongahela and Clarene “Cookie” Namie, of Washington; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a brother, Joseph Pellegrini and a sister, Dolores Burgoyne.

A Memorial service for Laura A. (Budgie) Pellegrini, will be held Saturday, May 21st, at 4:00 PM, in the Church of the Covenant, 267 East Beau Street, Washington, with Pastor Sue Petritis officiating.
