Daniel J. Frank, Jr., 69, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Monday, May 16, 2011, in the Washington Hospital.
He was born June 3, 1941, in Washington, a son of Daniel J. Frank, Sr. of Washington and the late Dorothy “Mickey” Salamone Frank.
Mr. Frank was employed as a security guard at the Washington Hospital for 28 years.
He was a veteran of the Army and was a member of the Keystone Club.
Mr. Frank was Catholic by faith.
Surviving are his long-time companion, Grace Baldwin; a step-son, Tim Harsh of Harrisburg; a sister-in-law, Gerri Franks; two nephews, Ronald (Terri) Franks and Jeff Franks; niece and God-daughter, Lisa (Jason) Rice; and great-nephews, R.J. Franks, Nathan Franks, Zackery Franks and Jarred Rice.
Deceased is a brother, Joseph L. Franks.
There will be no public visitation or services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 331 South Main Street, Washington, PA 15301.
