Jack Eugene Weston

Jack Eugene Weston, 86, of Washington, died Tuesday, August 16, 2011, in the Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness. He was born October 29, 1924, in Franklin, a son of Cyrus W. and Naomi Ruth Thomas Weston. Mr. Weston graduated from Franklin High School and attended classes at Allegheny College and University of Miami for business administration. For 28 years, he worked in management at Joy Manufacturing. Mr. Weston was a member of Church of the Covenant. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Becker Weston; a son, John C. (Jean) Weston; and three grandchildren, Lindsay M.P. Weston, Jacqueline C. Weston and Joshua L. Weston. Deceased are two brothers, Dwayne Weston and Lowell Weston. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, August 23rd, in Church of the Covenant, 267 East Beau Street, Washington, with Rev. Hugh Crawford and Rev. Dr. Stuart Broberg co-officiating. Burial in Washington Cemetery will be private and at the convenience of the family.
