Roseann Mainor Ratley

Roseann Mainor Ratley, 58, of Washington, died unexpectedly on August 29, 2011, in her residence. She was born on January 11, 1953, in Washington, a daughter of the late Edward, Sr. and Eleanor Snowden McWilliams. A homemaker, she enjoyed cooking, shopping and reading. Surviving are her husband, James Lestor Ratley, a son, Bathony Mainor, of Detroit, a daughter, Michelle Ann Mainor Massey, of Detroit, 2 brothers, Edward McWilliams, Jr. and Joseph McWilliams, both of Washington, and 4 grandchildren, Joshua and Jazmine Massey, Bathony Mainor, IV, and Akeelah Mainor. Deceased is a brother, Shelby McWilliams. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at 3:00 p.m., in St. Paul AME Church, 16 Ridge Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Dr. Arthur Doctor officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
