Evan Auston Weeks died on the day of his birth, Wednesday, September 14, 2011, in Heritage Valley Medical Center, Beaver.
He is survived by his parents, Hollye Ilona Kozdra and John Auston Weeks of Darlington.
Also surviving are grandparents, Kristie and Jason Peek of Darlington and Sabrina and Johnny Weeks of Tennessee; and many aunts and uncles.
“If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever. Mommy and Daddy love you.”
Private burial was held in Washington Cemetery.
