Donna Jean Strawn

Member of Wolfdale Bible Chapel Donna Jean Strawn, 62, formerly of Washington, died Thursday, December 8, 2011, in Greenery Specialty Care, Canonsburg. She was born October 8, 1949, in Washington, daughter of the late Walter L. and Marian J. Caldwell Strawn. Ms. Strawn was a member of Wolfdale Bible Chapel. She enjoyed reading the Bible and watching baseball and was a devoted Elvis Presley fan. Surviving are a brother, Walter Wayne Strawn of Houston; a foster brother, Guy Klaus; and four sisters, Phyllis Ann McCartney and Nancy Jane Williams, both of Florida, Marlene G. Boardley of North Carolina and Brenda K. Sparks of Washington. Deceased is a brother, Richard Strawn. A service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 12, in Washington Cemetery mausoleum chapel, with the Rev. Fred Helmick officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
