Kerstin Dames Reed

Kerstin Dames Reed, 48, of Washington, died Wednesday, January 18, 2012, in Donnell House, following a lengthy illness. She was born December 13, 1963, in Giessen, Hessen, Germany, a daughter of Gerhard Heddram of Germany and the late Adelheid Wissner Heddram. Ms. Reed was a member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church and had been a van driver for GG &C. The greatest joy in her life was her sons. Surviving are two sons, Christopher and Timothy Dames, both of Washington; a brother, Thorsten (Stephanie) Koch of Allendorf, Germany; and her former husband, Tad Dames. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8, the time of service, Friday, January 20th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
