James R. Church

James R. Church, 75, of Washington, died Saturday January 28, 2012. He was born in Washington on May 5, 1936, a son of Charles W. and Grace Rodocker Church, one of seven children. Mr. Church attended Trinity Schools and served in the U.S. Military. He worked at Tri State Engineering, in Washington. On October 11, 1958, he married Betty M. Hennen, who died on July 31, 2011. Surviving are three daughters, Cathy Hoy of Washington, Carrie ( Ross ) Reed of Prosperity, and Jamie “ J.R. “ ( Chuck ) Anderson of Canonsburg; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. At the request of the deceased, no public visitation will be held. Arrangements under the direction of William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue.
