Eleanor H. Tressler, 74, died on Saturday, February 18, 2012, in the Donnell House.
She was born on August 10, 1937, in Bobtown, PA, a daughter of John and Beulah Scott Hagar.
A graduate of Mapletown High School in Greene County, Mrs. Tressler also graduated from Penn Commercial Business/Technical School.
She had worked as a secretary for Jessop Steel and as an office manager for Thomas Westfall and SW Miller Insurance Company.
On November 10, 1962, she married Edison Tressler, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Cinda (Paul) Cengia, of Bridgeville; 3 sisters, Sheila (John) Brown, of Beaver, Joyce Wilson, of Freedom, PA, and Janet (James) Adams, of Royal, PA; a granddaughter, Megan Cengia, and fiancé Leon Dwinga III; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 6 to 8, and Wednesday, from 1 to 3 p.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
