Johnnie Lee Miller, 56, of Avella, died unexpectedly, Sunday, February 19, 2012, in the Washington Hospital.
He was born November 20, 1955, a son of Barbara Davis Miller of Washington and the late Edward Miller.
Mr. Miller graduated from Trinity High School in 1973 and was the owner/operator of Auto Trim Design for 26 years.
A Jehovah’s Witness, he was an elder at the Kingdom Hall for 30 years and enjoyed ministry work and teaching the Bible to others.
Mr. Miller also enjoyed carpentry, art, fishing with his family, wine-making, farming and outdoor work.
On September 4, 1976, he married Debbie Richmond, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Tara Nicolle Miller and Cassie Lee (Frankie) Reichel; three brothers, Edward (Julie) Miller Jr., Ronald "Heze" Miller, and Larry (Sue) Miller; and two grandchildren, Kailey and Colton.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington. Services will be held at a date and time to be announced.
