Maria Teresa Musto, 77, of Washington, died Thursday, March 15, 2012, in her residence.
She was born December 14, 1934, in Roccadaspide, Salerno, Italy, a daughter of Francesco and Gabriella Taurone Giuliani.
Mrs. Musto was co-owner with her husband of Paesano’s Restaurant.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, sewing, knitting and crocheting and loved kids.
Mrs. Musto was a member of Immaculate Conception and its Christian Mothers.
On July 10, 1965, she married Anthony Musto, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Louis Musto; a daughter, Maria Barron, both of Washington; two brothers, Gaetano Giuliani and Ettore Giuliani; a sister, Aurora Alterio, all of Italy; and two grandchildren, Andria and Gabriella Barron, both of Washington.
Deceased are brothers, Antonio Giuliani and Julio Giuliani and Ceasare “Father Alfonso” Giuliani; and sisters, Carlotta Moiale and Sister Anna Giuliani.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Monday, March 19th, in Immaculate Conception Church, with Father Michael Ruffalo as celebrant. Entombment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
