Donna Lee Cummins, 65, of Washington, died Friday, May 18, 2012, in her home.
She was born May 4, 1947, in Uniontown, a daughter of Thomas Clayton and Margaret M. Carr Hall.
Mrs. Cummins was raised in Belle Vernon, where she spent most of her life.
She was a homemaker and had worked at Giant Eagle in Bentleyville for five years.
Mrs. Cummins was a member of Enon Baptist Church.
She enjoyed watching QVC, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are two sons, Charles (Renee) Cummins, and Donald (Rhonda) Cummins, both of Washington; two daughters, Kimberly (K.J.) Haskey, of Washington, and Melinda Cummins, of Roscoe; three brothers, Sherman Hall, of Smithton, Jacob (Susan) Hall, of Belle Vernon, and Mark (Carol) Hall, of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Twilla Angelo, of Waco, TX., nine grandchildren, Kenny, Chad (Cassie), Kala, Charlie, Desiree, Hannah, Robert, Cody, and Heather; three great grandchildren, Cierra, Chad II, and Mason.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, in William G Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 21, 2012, with Pastor Larry Leonard officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
