Albert "Abby" Moore

Albert “Abby” Moore, 70, of Washington, died on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, in the Washington County Health Center. He was born on May 9, 1942, in Washington. Mr. Moore had worked locally at Federal Paper Board Company, then briefly at Tri State, before moving to New Jersey to work for MeadWestvaco, where he worked as an offset pressman, until his retirement. He was a member of both the Slovak and the Pulaski Clubs. An avid racing fan, he especially enjoyed all types of horse racing, as well as NASCAR racing, and he loved going to the casino and the Meadows. On May 25, 1971, he married Dora Costanzo, who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Teresa Moore, of Canonsburg. Friends will be received on Friday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G.
