Lillian Ealy Moyar, 85, of Washington, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012, in The Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
She was born July 18, 1927, in Time, Greene County, daughter of the late Thomas Frye Ealy and Bessie Huffman Ealy.
Mrs. Moyar lived in North Port, Florida for 19 years, returning to Washington three years ago.
She had worked as an inspector at Ball Glass. While a resident of Florida, she attended Trinity Methodist Church in North Port.
Mrs. Moyar enjoyed knitting, gardening, reading, playing bingo, and traveling.
On October 23, 1974, she married Charles Moyar, who died April 9, 2000.
Surviving are a son, James Yeager of Florida; two daughters, Linda Sensky and Jovita Smalley, both of Washington; a sister, Doris Pettit of Waynesburg; six grandchildren, Thomas Ford, Laurie Pentland, Theresa Haniford, James Yeager, Lucas Yeager and Chelsy Smalley; 7 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are her first husband, James Yeager, who died January 6, 1991; four brothers; and five sisters.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, August 17th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
