Janice Lynn Rice

Janice Lynn Rice, 57, of Houston, died on Friday, August 24, 2012, in the Washington Hospital. She was born on November 2, 1954, in Washington, a daughter of the late Albert W. and Mary Alice Baldwin Dennick. Mrs. Rice had worked at Just Sisters Cookies for 10 years. On November 1, 1974, she married Vernon E. Rice, Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a son, William E. (Robert) Rice, of Pittsburgh; 2 daughters, Jennifer (Barry) Bolte, of Ocala, FL and Sonya McClelland, of Houston, PA; 3 brothers, Bruce E. Dennick, of Amity, Randy J. Dennick, of Deer Park, WA and Gary L. Dennick, of Charleston, WV; 2 sisters, Karen D. Mounts, of Washington and Lori A. Dennick, of Pittsburgh; 4 grandchildren, Abel and Mateo Gomez, Kaylie McClelland and Nyla Lynn Grabiak; an uncle, Norris W. (Janice) Baldwin of Scottsdale, Arizona; an aunt, Jane B. (Tom) Miller of Washington; 1 great niece, Gabrielle Mounts; and 2 great nephews, Cody and Noah Mounts. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, August 29th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
