Betty Jean Andos, 78, of McMurray, died Saturday, September 22, 2012, in Golden Living Nursing Home, McMurray, following a lengthy illness.
She was born April 19, 1934, in Carolina, West Virginia, a daughter of Leroy and Pearl E. Loudermill Paxton.
Mrs. Andos was Christian by faith and was a homemaker.
On August 17, 1958, she married Paul Andos, who died February, of 1992.
Surviving are a son, James E. Andos, of Baton, Rouge, Louisiana; three daughters, Diana L. Dorazio, (Larry), of N. Olmstead, Ohio, Donna J. Hagerman (Don Matthews), and Paula Fletcher (Jack), both of Washington; a brother, Charles Paxton, of Princeton, West Virginia; a sister, Gloria Pritt, of Lady Lake, Florida; eight grandchildren, Michael Hilderbrand (Ruthy), Michelle Wybranowski (John), Jeannie Hill (Adam), Michael Dorazio, Robert Andos, Beki Andos, Paul Hudak and Yoanna Hudak; nine great grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Kenneth Paxton and William Paxton; two grandchildren, Christopher Andos and Elizabeth Hudak; and her former husband, Donald Hagerman.
At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation or services. Private burial will be in Oak Springs Cemtery, Canonsburg. Arrangements are entrusted to William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
