Robert Edward “Googan” Durila, Jr., 52, of Canonsburg, died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 3, 2012, in the Washington Hospital.
He was born February 4, 1960, in Washington, a son of Robert Edward Durila, Sr., and Helen Mildred Mullins Durila.
Mr. Durila was a union projectionist for over 20 years for Dependable Drive-in.
He was a very mechanical, handy person and loved his dogs.
Surviving are four brothers, Shawn (Penny) Durila of Washington, Steven Durila of Millsboro, Richard (Jean) Durila of Ellsworth, and Bobby Durila of Millsboro; three sisters, Cindy (Harvey) Jay and Melissa (Richard) Jay, both of Fredericktown, and Melinda (Danny) Poland of Washington; and many nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Christopher Durila.
Deceased are a sister, Helen Durila; and two nephews, Danny Poland Jr. and Shawn Jay.
Friends will be received 2 to 6 p.m., the time of service, Friday, October 5th in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
