Charles W. Hamilton

Charles William Hamilton, 83, of Washington, died Saturday, February 2, 2013, in Golden Living Center, Canonsburg. He was born September 3, 1929, in Washington, a son of August P. Hamilton and Anna Moore Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton served in the Army. For 28 years, he was owner-operator of Standard Forest Products in Pancake. Mr. Hamilton enjoyed camping in RV’s in the past. On November 5, 1955, he married Ruth McCoy, who survives. Also surviving is a son, David William (LuAnn) Hamilton of Washington. Deceased are a brother, Benjamin Hamilton, and a sister, Barbara Mitchell. There will be no public viewing. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family, with Pastor Bob Kulp officiating. Final resting place will be in Highland Brethren Cemetery, Marianna.
