Delphine Mae Moss, 75 of Canonsburg, died Sunday, March 31 2013, in Golden Living Center, Canonsburg, following a brief illness.
She was born June 8, 1937, in Washington, a daughter of Delfine Bredniak and Mary Sworden Bredniak.
She was a nursing assistant at Presbyterian Senior Care for over 30 years. She enjoyed music, reading, cooking, and taking care of her flowers and time spent with family. She was the social butterfly and resident activist at Golden Living.
On July 15, 1977 she married Richard L. Moss, who died May 11, 2010.
Surviving are a son, William (Kathy) Roberts, of Scenery Hill; three daughters, Nanette (Larry) McNeal of Erie, Cathy (Ed) Hartner and Paula (Michael) Heise, both of Washington; A sister Dianne (Bob) Fleischauer of Washington; thirteen grandchildren, Justin (Kim) Truby, Ryan (Tiffany) Truby, Nicole (Dan) Policano, Meghan McNeal, Danelle McNeal Longley, Jeremiah and Joshua Roberts, Dominick and Caleb Valduga, Scott, Steven (Holly), Vernon, Tim (Nicole) Hartner; Great Grandchildren, Madison, Alex, Emma, Trevor, Tyler, Nathan and Benton.
Deceased is a brother Delfine Bredniak.
Friends will be received Thursday, 12 to 2 p.m. in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd, 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
