Evelyn Julian Morgan, 96, of Washington, died on Saturday, April 13, 2013, in Kade’s Nursing Home.
She was born on February 8, 1917, in Washington, a daughter of Frank and Rose Julian.
Mrs. Morgan had attended Washington High School, and worked as a nurse’s aide at the Washington Hospital for 22 years.
She was an avid crafter, and a member of Senior Life.
On September 21, 1940, she married John Bowen Morgan, who died on March 28, 2009.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Sandra Morgan, of Boston, MA, and Judi (Ed) Ruschell, of Washington; 4 grandchildren, Jamie, Evan, Rose and Matt, 5 great grandchildren, Alysia, Mason, Tyler, Haley, and Giulia; and 2 step grandchildren, Alice and Karl.
Deceased are 4 brothers, Patsy, Joseph, Tony, and Angelo Julian; and 1 sister, Elizabeth Julian Comfort.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
