Wilma Joyce Hoberek, 72, of Washington, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, in her residence.
She was born October 20, 1940, in Washington, a daughter of David and Josephine Keating Huber.
Ms. Hoberek was a member of Apostolic Christian Temple of Washington.
She was a homemaker who loved talking to and spending time with her family and friends, shopping, cooking, and watching television. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving are four sons, Robert (Becky) Hoberek, Edward Hoberek and Scott Hoberek, all of Washington, and Charles Johnson of Ohio; four daughters, Mia (Shawn) Johnson, Linda (Tyrone) Chandler, Margaret “TuTu” (Mark) Jemison and Edwina Hoberek, all of Washington; a brother, William Huber of Slovan; a sister, Margaret Lee Lanham of Slovan; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her husband, Edward Leroy Kelley; two sons, Jay and Ricky Hoberek; and a brother, Dean Huber.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 1 till 6 p.m., in Apostolic Christian Temple, 164 West Wylie Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 1st, with Rev. Myron C. Jones, II, officiating. Burial will follow in West Middletown Cemetery.
