Jessica Marie Hilborn

Jessica Marie Hilborn, 29, of Finleyville, died on Saturday, May 4, 2013, in Cleveland Clinic following a lengthy illness. She was born May 9, 1983 in Washington, PA, the daughter of Ed and Marijane "Janie" Daniels Miller of West Alexander and Frederick L. McConn of Fredericktown. Jessica graduated from McGuffey High School and received her Bachelor’s degree at California University in Criminal Justice. She was a homemaker and mother; her son was her life. Jessica always made others feel special and loved. She enjoyed photography and scrap booking. On November 14, 2009, she married Benjamin Hilborn who survives. Also surviving are her son, Keagan; two brothers, Jay McConn of Pittsburgh and Mike Miller of Claysville; two sisters; Nikki McConn of South Fayette and Megan Miller of West Alexander; four nephews, Jacob, Quentin, Marshall, Deacon; three nieces, Skyelar, Elaina, Erin. Friends will be received Wednesday, May 8, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington where services will be held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. David Stammerjohn officiating.
