Charles Robert Hall

Charles Robert Hall, 67, of Washington, died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 21, 2013. He was born May 10, 1946, in Washington, a son of the late Robert S. and Kathryn Ringer Hall. Mr. Hall worked for Kurtz Monument for 12 years as a footer installer. He was Apostolic and enjoyed motorcycles. Surviving are four daughters, Kristy McMasters of Washington, Kelly Matthews of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Kimberly Lyons of Punxsutawney and Joy Wright of Washington; a brother, Roger A. Hall; two sisters, Norma Kuhns of Scio, Ohio, and Dianne Boyd of Lisbon, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Robert C. Hall, and a sister, Janet Kuhns. At the request of his daughters, all services are private and will be handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
