Frances Louise Olesky Frances Louise Olesky, 96 of Washington, died Wednesday, May 29, in the Washington Hospital. She was born on June 20, 1916 in Meadowlands, the daughter of Frank Piszczek and Eva Navatowski Piszczek. Frances was an inspector for Metro Glass/Ball Glass. She was catholic by faith. She enjoyed working in her yard and watching birds. In 1939 she married Walter J. Olesky who is deceased along with all of her siblings. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. At the request of the family all services are private. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA.
