Velma I. Bambarger

Velma Iverna “Gram” Bambarger, 78, of Amity, died Monday, August 19, 2013, in Presbyterian Senior Care. She was born October 9, 1934, in Amity, a daughter of Ivan and Katherine Rutan Barmbarger. Mrs. Bambarger graduated from Trinity High School and worked as a CNA at Community Care. She was a member of North Ten Mile Baptist Church. Surviving are a niece, Lisa Hillberry (Jeff); two great-nephews, Jeffrey and Shane Hillberry; and a sister, Ida Jean Marth. She also leaves behind her loving canine companion, Jenny. There will be no public viewing or service. William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., Washington, is handling arrangements.
