Assist Family with Funeral ExpensesFrank Albert Tulock, 36, of Washington, died Sunday, September 8, 2013.He was born April 7, 1977, in Washington, a son of Frank Tulock Jr. and Ruth Donley Tulock, of Washington.Mr. Tulock was a graduate of Trinity High School and attended Rosedale Tech.He was the head mechanic at Steubenville Pike Auto.Mr. Tulock enjoyed spending time with his children, fishing, riding four-wheelers, and watching football, especially the Steelers.He was Baptist by faith.Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his companion, Tiffani Merrill; a son, Brennen Tulock; a stepson, Joey Garrett; a stepdaughter, Mya Garrett, all of Weirton, West Virginia; a sister, Brandi Tulock (fiancé David Charlesworth) of Wellsburg, West Virginia; maternal grandmother, Rose Wilhoft Donley of Washington; and a niece, Lacey Charlesworth.Deceased are his maternal grandfather, Albert Donley, Sr.; and his paternal grandparents, Frank Tulock, Sr., and Freda Yater Tulock.Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 13th. Private burial will be held in Washington Cemetery.
