Taylor Martine Parkman

Taylor Martine Parkman, 23, of Washington, died Monday, September 16, 2013, in the Washington Hospital. She was born April 27, 1990, in Washington, a daughter of Charles Henry Parkman and Marcia Moye Parkman, both of Washington. Ms. Parkman was a graduate of Washington High School. She loved music and played the clarinet in the Washington High School Band and the W&J Orchestra. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a daughter, Ny-Anah Martine Moye-Parkman of Washington; a brother, Patrick Lewis Parkman of Washington; maternal grandparents, Patricia A. Moye of Washington and Milton L. Moye, Sr., of Seminary, Mississippi; paternal grandparents, Erma Lee Cole and Cedell Cole of Chicago, Illinois; maternal aunts, Michele L. Lipscomb, Melinda A. Jones, Martine T. Moye, and Milea D. Moye; maternal uncles, Milton L. Moye Jr., Michael J. Moye and Martin A. Moye; paternal aunt, Michelle Cole; paternal uncles, Ricky Lee Parkman, Larry Durr, Steven Durr, Chris Cole and Danny Cole. Deceased is an uncle, Marvin S. Moye. Friends will be received 11 a.m. till 1 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, September 21st, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Debra Mason officiating.
