Robert William Kelley

Robert William Kelley, 51 of Washington, died Friday, October 4 in Allegheny General Hospital, following a short illness. He was born September 17, 1962 in Washington, the son of Robert Kelley of Washington and the late Shirley Byrd Kelley. Mr. Kelley was a mechanic at Adams Exxon for many years and later at Midas for 10 years. He deeply loved his family and enjoyed traveling and classic cars. He was a very devoted Steelers Fan. On November 7, 1990 he married Lisa Urbany Kelley who survives. Also surviving is a son, William Robert Kelley of Washington; a daughter, Samantha (Bo Mann) Kelley of Washington; two brothers, Donald (Lori) Kelley of Washington, David Kelley of Washington; two sisters, Donna Sartori of Washington, Joann Kelley of Cecil; a granddaughter, Kodi Mann; sister in laws, Janice (Eric) Farkas and Christine (Chris) Wacker; mother in law, Florence Moffitt; father in law, David Urbany; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Monday, October 7th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9th. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.
