Olga Michalena Curci, 97 of Washington, died Sunday, October 5, 2013 at Consulate Health Care in Canonsburg.
She was born October 19, 1915 in Foggia, Italy the daughter of Patsy Leone and Nina Joann Leone.
She was the operator and manager of Normain Hotel for 25 years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church.
Olga loved animals and cared for stray cats. She was a huge Pittsburgh Sports Fan.
Surviving is a brother, Tony Leone of Washington, a sister, Erma Tumicki of Canonsburg; five grandchildren, Lisa Petro, Richard Hoffmann, Michelle Coppetta, Mark Curci and Michele Curci; several great grandchildren, including, Emily, Sarah, Matthew, Nathaniel, Lydia; two step great grandchildren, Dominic and Anthony.
Deceased are a son, Carmen Curci; a daughter, Ellen Hoffmann; three sisters, Helen Zullo, Adele Russo and Edith Leone.
Friends will be received Wednesday, October 9th from 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes, 925 Allison Ave, Washington. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Thursday, October 10th at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
