Timothy Adam Hewitt, Jr., 5, of Claysville, died on Monday, October 28, 2013, along with his mother, during a fire that destroyed the family’s home.
He loved animals, especially his dog, and playing outside.
Timothy attended Kindergarten at the Claysville Elementary School.
Surviving are his father, Timothy Adam Hewitt, Sr., a paternal grandmother, Deborah E. Hewitt, of Claysville; maternal grandparents, John D. and Lori Butcher, of Clinton; 2 uncles, Thomas Melvin Hewitt and Daniel Robert Hewitt; an aunt, Loralee A. Butcher, a cousin, Tausha Nicole Hewitt; as well as many extended family members.
Deceased, are his mother, Lisa Marie Butcher Hewitt; paternal grandfather, Thomas Melvin Hewitt; a sister, Haley Nicole Hewitt, and a brother, Christopher Butcher.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013, from 4 to 7 p.m., the time of services, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington.
Donations are being accepted for Timothy Hewitt Sr., who was not home during the fatal fire, at any Community Bank branch in Washington, Greene or Allegheny counties.
