Karlie Jane McMasters died on the day of her birth, December 29, 2013, in the Washington Hospital
Surviving are her parents, Glenn Allan McMasters and Abby Liz Willhoft McMasters of Washington; maternal grandparents, Tonya Reese of Claysville and Matthew Willhoft of Claysville; and paternal grandparents, Ella Jane Wright of Carmichaels and Douglas St. Clair of West Finley.
A funeral service will be held at Noon, Friday, January 3rd, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
