John Angott, 84, of Washington, died on Friday, January 31, 2014, in the Washington Hospital.
He was born December 19, 1929, in Washington, son of Tony and Catherine Bellotti Angott.
He was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church.
Mr. Angott had worked as a forklift operator at Brockway Glass Plant #7, for 37 years.
A Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he enjoyed fishing and music.
On June 11, 1955, he married Elizabeth Pinter, who survives.
Also surviving, are a son, Ronald Angott, of Washington; a daughter, Debra Angott, of Washington; a brother, Sam (Beanie) Angott, of Washington; and a sister, Ursaline McGary, of West Alexander.
Deceased are a brother, Tony Angott, and a sister, Theresa Medovich.
Friends will be received on Monday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, where a Blessing Service will be held at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, with Father William Feeney officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Washington Cemetery Mausoleum.
