Thresa A. Weber, 57, of Washington, died Saturday, March 15, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born Thresa Chapman in Bradenton, Fla., November 13, 1956, she was a daughter of Floyd "Sid" (Lynda) Chapman of Greenville, S.C., and Polly (Ron) Gailey of Yuma, Ariz. She was the wife of 34 years to Robert Weber of Washington; mother of Stephanie (Andrew) Allison of Carrollton, Texas, and Robyn (Tristan) Moran of Philadelphia; sister of Donna Ritenour, Brenda Martin and the late Floyd "Skip" Chapman; and grandmother to Broderick "Brody" Allison. She was an incredible wife, mother and grandmother who never knew a stranger. She will always be remembered for her giving spirit and beautiful laugh. Friends are welcome to share in a memorial visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 21, in William G. Neal Funeral Home Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A short service will be held at 7 p.m.
