Norma June Mcclenathan

Norma June McClenathan, 82, of Prosperity, died Friday, March 21, 2014, in Washington County Health Center. She was born March 30, 1931, in Prosperity, a daughter of Herschell C. Day and Etta McCarroll Day. Mrs. McClenathan was a homemaker and member of Upper Ten Mile Presbyterian Church. On November 12, 1951, she married Frank Herbert McClenathan, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Joy McClenathan of Houston, Sherry Cantaral of West Finley and Lisa McClenathan of Washington; three grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren and Cody Cantaral; two nieces, Ellen Scott and Jane Day; and a nephew, Lawrence Day. Deceased is a brother, Carroll Day. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. the time of service, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Larry Deemer officiating. Private burial will be held in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
