Orloff "Buss" George Sims Sr.

Orloff G. “Buss” Sims Sr., 76 of Washington, died Sunday. March 23, 2014 at the Washington Hospital.  He was born March 5, 1938 in Amity, the son of Frank Sims and Ellen Jones Sims.  He graduated from Trinity High School in 1957.  Mr. Sims was a self- employed mail contractor for 30 years and worked at Moly Corp. for 21 years.  He enjoyed crocheting and fishing.  Surviving are a son, Orloff G. D. (Charlotta) Sims Jr. of Follensbee, WV; a daughter, Robin (Scott) Rogers of Washington; two brothers, Tom (Audrey) Sims Sr. of Belle Vernon, Wallace R. (Janice) Sims of Washington; two sisters, Loretta Walsh of Waynesburg, Mary Fish of Amity; two grandchildren, Janson J. Sims and Christopher I. Rogers; long time companion, Rebecca Stewart; several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a son, John Eric Sims who died at birth; a daughter, Virginia Sims.  At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or services. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes., Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
