Carrie Lynn Szupinka

Carrie Lynn Szupinka, 38, of Prosperity, died Friday, August 1, 2014, in the Donnell House, following a four-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born August 30, 1975, in Washington, a daughter of Ruthanne Scott Szupinka of Amwell Township and the late Lyle H. Szupinka. Ms. Szupinka attended West Liberty University and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Abigale Flati; two sons, Malachi Flati and Graydon Flati; her fiancé, Dale Naser, all of Prosperity; a brother, Brian (Kiley) Szupinka of Wexford; and a sister, Amanda (Scott) Fellows of Nevada. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 7th, with Rev. Duane Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
