Mary Ruth Moore Mary Ruth Moore, 82 of Washington died Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Washington Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born April 11, 1932 of Washington, the daughter of the late Frank Sibert and Hazel J. Funk, Sibert. Mary was formerly employed at G.C. Murphy and the Good Will Store. She enjoyed reading and gardening. Surviving are two sisters, Audrey Wyland and Doris Seibert both of Washington; two grandchildren, Rachel Coviello and Michael J. Fogle. Deceased are a daughter, Barbara Sue Fogle; grandson, Adam Fogle; brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 28th at 10:00 a.m. at Washington Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington. Donations can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
