Wayne Allison Russell

Wayne Allison Russell, 69 of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, September 15, 2014 at the Greenery. He was born May 1, 1945 in Harrington, Kansas the son of the late Herman Russell and Frances Marth Russell. He was a self employed cement contractor and cooked at the Greater Wheeling Soup Kitchen. Surviving are son Wayne Russell; two daughters, Debra Russell, Lisa Russell; three brothers Stanley (Theresa) Russell of Washington, William (Katie) Russell of Arizona, David (Barbara) Russell of Washington; five sisters, Diane Houston of Canonsburg, Evelyn (John) Conti of Avella, Linda (Raymond) Ruffalo of Avella, Zelda (Jay) Gault of Independence, Lilian (Kevin) Donaldson of Claysville. All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
