Mary (Kennedy) Bellotti, 94 of Washington, died Monday, October 13, 2014 at Presbyterian Senior Care.
She was born May 9, 1920 in Washington the daughter of the late Francesco Cannataro and Rose Fata Cannataro.
Mary was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church.
She enjoyed going to the American Legion, Pulaski Club and Polish Club. She prayed the rosary daily and enjoyed sewing, making bridal gowns and was an excellent cook and baker.
Mary loved music, dancing and her family. Her family was her world. She was a special lady and friend to all.
On May 9, 1946 she married Dominic John “Dee” Bellotti, who died July 25, 2012.
Surviving are a son, John Dominic (Kim) Bellotti of Manor, PA; two daughters, Janet Marie (Giovanni) Puppo of Pittsburgh, Beverly Ann (Ira) Baldwin of Washington; a brother, Joseph Kennedy of Canonsburg; seven grandchildren, Lori Naser, Teresa Lesako, Joseph S. Puppo, Annamaria Acree, Gina Puppo, Dominic Bellotti, Angela Bellotti; 5 great grandchildren, Julia Naser, Matteo Lesako, Gino Lesako, Gabriella Bellotti, Jace Acree; several loving niece and nephews, neighbors and friends.
Deceased are two brothers, Fred and Tony Kennedy; a sister, Anna Brezinski.
Friends will be received, Wednesday, October 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Friday, October 17th at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
