Dolores Easther Rutan, 86 of Washington, died Sunday, October 19 2014 at Washington Hospital, following a 4 months illness. She was born October 28, 1928 in Washington, the daughter of the late Collins Walter and Easther Swan Rush. She was employed as an assembler and group leader at RCA. A former member of Allison Ave. Baptist Church. Dolores enjoyed word search puzzles. Surviving are a son, Donald Wray Rutan Jr. of Washington; a daughter, Tanya Rutan of Washington; two brothers, Larry “Butch” Rush of Canonsburg, David Rush of Buda, TX; four grandchildren, Brad Rutan, Donnie Rutan III, Tavis Rutan, Tonda Morris; two great grandchildren, Zachary Rutan and Bridget Rutan. Deceased are a brother, Juni Rush; a sister, Arlene Hargrave. All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington.
