Peggy Jean Wigner

Peggy Jean Wigner, 64 of Washington, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the Donnell House. She was born December 24, 1949 in Prosperity the daughter of the late Mofford Lee Sickles and Margaret Irene Hazes Sickles. Peggy graduated from Washington High School and was a homemaker. On December 2, 1972 she married Leonard Eugene Wigner who died October 21, 2004. Surviving are a son, Leonard Eugene (Melissa) Wigner; two daughters, Ricki Scholz and Amy (James) Wigner-Colbert; two sisters, Edna Ruth Sickles, Gerry Garrett; four grandchildren, Lindsay Rose Wigner, Bethany Brooke Wigner, Emily Jo Scholz, Marlana Jo Wigner; step daughter, Tancy Wigner. Deceased are a brother, Donald Sickles; two sisters, Joanne Jones and Sandra Renforth; her first husband, Richard Amos. Friends will be received Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held Monday, October 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Harold McClelland officiating. Burial will follow at Washington Cemetery.
