Colleen Ann Locy

Colleen Ann Locy, 55, of Washington, died Thursday, June 11, 2015, in her residence. She was born December 4, 1959, in Washington, a daughter of Rudolph DiNardo and the late Florence Schrosky DiNardo. Ms. Locy worked as a waitress at area restaurants. She was a proud mother who enjoyed tending her garden, cats, motorcycles, cooking, and being with friends and family. Ms. Locy attended Keystone Baptist Temple. Surviving are a son, Jason Clemens (Julia) of Bethel Park; a sister, Diane Swierczek (William) of Canonsburg; and her long-time companion, Michael Bartolotto. A gathering of friends will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7 p.m., the time of service, on Saturday, June 20th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
