Robert Allen Chase, Sr.

Robert Allen Chase, Sr., 66, of Washington, died on Monday, June 22, 2015, in his home. He was born on June 27, 1948, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late George D. and Harriett Marie Fisher Chase. Mr. Chase had worked as a mechanic. On October 22, 1968, he married Linda Lucille Mahan, who died on October 19, 2009. Surviving are a son, Robert (Benita) Chase, Jr., of McDonald; three daughters, Crystal Chase, of Washington, Brenda (Frank) Abbott, of Houston, and Cathie Chase, of Washington; four brothers, Donald Chase, of Bulger, John (Fran) Chase, of Bulger, James (Pat) Chase, of Arnold, and George Chase, Jr., of Erie; a sister, Rose (Smitty) Smith, of Bulger; eight grandchildren, David, Summer, Frankie, Amanda, Harley, Joey, Josh, and CheyAnn; and two great grandchildren, Autumn and Rion. Deceased are a grandson, Robby, and a brother, Bill Chase. Friends will be received on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m., the time of services, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, with Pastor Jay Freudenberg officiating.
