Andrew Kyle Flory, Jr., of Washington, died on the day of his birth, Saturday, September 19, 2015, in the Washington Hospital. Surviving are his parents, Andrew K. Flory, Sr., and Shannon Phillipson, of Washington; maternal grandmother, Linda Rossell of Fredericktown; maternal great-grandfather, James Smith of Scenery Hill; paternal grandmother, Rose Vrabel (Jason) of Bentleyville; and paternal great-grandmother, Dixie LaRew (Russell) of Marianna.
