Jean A. Amon

Jean A. Amon, 90, of Washington, died January 27, 2016, in her home. She was born June 30, 1925, in Sharon, a daughter of Wilbert A. Amon and Georgia L. Scott Amon. Ms. Amon graduated from Canonsburg High School. She retired from Jessop Steel, where she had worked as a data processor. Mrs. Amon was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Surviving are a sister, Edna Hilderbrand of Washington; and two nephews, Kurtis (Cynthia) Hilderbrand of Greene County and Gregory (Pamela) Hilderbrand of Washington. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or service.
